Terms and Conditions

  Clients agree to:

• Withdrawal /cancellation or rescheduling of services or appointments should be done at least a 24-hour notice.  If not your deposit will, unfortunately,  be forfeited.
• We ask that you complete,  our Client Intake forms, Liability form and also inform us of any concerns you may have before your appointment. If you need to call or even come  10- 15 minutes before your appointment, we are ok with this. 
• We also ask that if you are under a doctor's care, have any prior medical history, or have had any past or upcoming surgeries please inform us.
• We ask that if you have ever had a cold sore you must ask your physician for medication(Valtrex) to take 5 days before and 5 days after your visit. We wouldn't want to spread the virus to other areas. This also pertains to any other viruses,  infections, or if you are experiencing cold/ flu-like symptoms.   The health and safety of all our clients is our priority! 
• We forbid unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Intoxication on the premises will not be tolerated.
