Appointments

• Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments.

Arrival

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy below for details.

Individual skin types and conditions vary. We cannot guarantee specific treatment results.

Medical Information

Clients are responsible for informing us of allergies, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions before treatment.

By booking an appointment, I acknowledge that I have disclosed any known allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures or medical conditions that may affect my treatment. I understand that treatment results vary & that Skin Solutions by 2 Divas does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your appointment time and reserve it exclusively for you.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• Clients who do not show for their appointment may be charged 100% of the reserved service.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
• If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional skincare services:

• Services already performed are non-refundable.
• Retail skincare products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in their original condition.
• Opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 72 hours so we can discuss appropriate follow-up care.
