Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a minimum $50 fee.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive without notice will be charged up to 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee may still apply.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected emergencies occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Skin Solutions by 2 Divas.
