Question 1

What facial is best for mature skin?

Accepted Answer

Our Bio-Stimulation Firming Facial is our top recommendation for mature skin. It uses advanced peptides and firming actives to visibly lift, tighten, and restore elasticity. The Plump & Glow Facial is also excellent — it deeply hydrates and plumps fine lines for a youthful, dewy finish. During your consultation, we'll assess your skin and recommend the best treatment for your specific concerns.

Question 2

Which facial is best for acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

The Acne Remedy Facial is specifically designed for acne-prone skin. It combines deep cleansing, extractions, and targeted treatments to clear breakouts and calm inflammation. For mild acne or acne-prone sensitive skin, our Intro Facial or Corrective Facial may also be a great starting point.

Question 3

What if I have sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in sensitive skin! Our Intro Facial and Lunchtime Facial are both gentle, calming treatments ideal for reactive or sensitive skin types. We always perform a thorough skin assessment before your service and customize every treatment to your skin's needs that day.

Question 4

What is the difference between a corrective facial and a regular facial?

Accepted Answer

A corrective facial goes deeper than a standard relaxation facial. It targets specific skin concerns — such as hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, uneven texture, or premature aging — using clinical-grade ingredients and techniques. Results are more visible and longer-lasting, though you may experience some redness or mild peeling afterward.

Question 5

How do I know which service to book if I'm not sure?

Accepted Answer

Start with our Intro Facial — it's designed as a first-step treatment that allows us to fully assess your skin, understand your goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan. You can also call or text us at 772-999-8820 and we'll help guide you to the right service.

Question 6

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can book directly online through our Services & Book page — simply choose your treatment and select an available date and time. You can also call or text us at 772-999-8820 to schedule over the phone.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — just reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 8

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekend appointments. For popular treatments like the Bio-Stimulation Firming Facial or Microneedling, booking 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal.

Question 9

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Accepted Answer

Same-day appointments are occasionally available depending on our schedule. Call or text us at 772-999-8820 to check availability.

Question 10

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We are open Monday–Tuesday 10:30am–7pm, Thursday 10:30am–7pm, Friday 10:30am–3pm, and Saturday 10:30am–3pm. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Question 11

What should I do to prepare for my facial?

Accepted Answer

Come with a clean face if possible, or we'll cleanse at the start of your appointment. Avoid using retinol, exfoliants, or strong actives for 48 hours before your visit. Let us know about any medications, allergies, or recent skin treatments so we can customize your service safely.

Question 12

Will my skin be red after a facial?

Accepted Answer

Some mild redness is normal after a facial, especially corrective or deep-cleansing treatments. It typically subsides within a few hours. We'll advise you on post-treatment care before you leave, including what products to use and what to avoid.

Question 13

How long does a facial take?

Accepted Answer

Treatment times vary by service — most facials range from 30 to 75 minutes. The Lunchtime Facial is our quickest at 30 minutes, while more advanced treatments like Microneedling or the Intensive Facial can take up to 90 minutes. Check the service description when booking for exact timing.

Question 14

How often should I get a facial?

Accepted Answer

For best results, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks — this aligns with your skin's natural cell turnover cycle. If you're targeting a specific concern like acne or hyperpigmentation, a more frequent schedule may be recommended during your initial treatment plan.

Question 15

Do you offer add-on treatments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer several add-ons to enhance your facial, including Peptides, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, Dermaplaning, LED Light Therapy, and High Frequency. Add-ons can be selected during the booking process or discussed at your appointment.

Question 16

How much do facials cost?

Accepted Answer

Our services range from $50 to $150 depending on the treatment. Add-ons start at $25. You can view full pricing on our Services page. All prices are transparent — no hidden fees.

Question 17

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected in person at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. When paying with Credit Cards or other than Cash we do charge a processing fee. Gratuity is always appreciated.
